01 / Written offerThe confirmed scope controls.
A paid engagement begins only when its scope, schedule, fee, currency, delivery method and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing. If the written offer differs from this general page, the terms accepted for that engagement take priority.
02 / Before deliveryCancel early and clearly.
Send a cancellation request through the stated contact route and identify the booking or proposal. Where no preparation, reserved facilitation or access has begun, an eligible payment is normally returned to the original payment method, subject to the written agreement.
03 / ReschedulingMove a live review when possible.
For a scheduled review or facilitated incident, request a new time as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on cohort capacity and instructor time. Repeated late changes or absence may count as delivered time if that condition was disclosed before purchase.
04 / Delivered workUsed preparation is identified.
Custom scenario design, completed feedback, reviewed evidence and delivered live sessions cannot be returned like physical goods. If only part of a larger engagement was delivered, any calculation should distinguish completed work from the undelivered remainder.
05 / Technical failureDocument access problems.
If an agreed hosted lab is unavailable, record the time, affected exercise and message shown, then contact the provider. A replacement session, extension or refund depends on the duration, responsibility and practical effect of the failure under the accepted agreement.
06 / ProcessingUse the original payment route.
An approved refund is normally returned through the original payment provider. Provider and banking timelines can vary. Tubareqoli will identify the approved amount and processing date but cannot control how quickly an external financial institution posts the credit.
